Paperwork

Physical Examination
During your varicose vein screening, our providers will address your specific areas of concern. In order to properly examine problem areas we will have you wear a pair of loose fitting shorts, either ones you wear or we provide. Ultrasound provides our experts with a map of the valves of your veins so we can tailor any necessary treatment specifically for you. A portion of this exam will be done with you standing. The ultrasound can be completed in our office during your varicose vein screening appointment. Patients are responsible for ultrasound testing copay or deducible however this test is typically covered by many medical insurance providers.
